• right of way disputes
• matrimonial breakdown
• business partnership dissolution

The team of RICS qualified Chartered Surveyors from DDM Agriculture is well placed to act as Expert Witnesses in the matter of dispute resolution.   As Expert Witnesses we are able to use our specialist knowledge to advise all parties and, in the event of litigation can report our findings to Court. The areas we specialise in include landlord and tenant disputes, rural valuations; including property and livestock, neighbour disputes; including noise and rights of way and any kind of partnership dissolution.

In all cases of dispute resolution we act strictly in accordance with both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Expert Witness guidance and within the Civil Procedure Rules.
