North Lincolnshire Local Plan - Call for Sites

As part of their work on their new Local Plan, North Lincolnshire Council is undertaking a ‘Call for Sites Addendum’. This is an information gathering exercise which helps the council to understand what land is potentially available for development within the area.

As such, North Lincolnshire Council is considering existing sites previously submitted to them and seeking additional sites which would be suitable, available and achievable for development.

The closing date for submissions is 3rd July 2025 by 23.59pm
