About
Carole grew up in a family auctioneering and valuing business in Boroughbridge, North Yorkshire. After studying at the Royal Agricultural College she soon took up the gavel selling livestock in the mart and gaining experience in professional work after being awarded the Harker medal at the RAC for the best potential Land Agent and winning the RICS auction competition.
Carole joined DDM in March 2025 and is embracing as many aspects of the profession as possible from estate management to compensation claims, tenancy matters and valuations. Carole likes to show enthusiasm and opportunities in navigating the current challenges in our rural world with a propensity for problem solving.
Outside of work Carole enjoys living on a farm in the East Riding of Yorkshire and getting involved in farm activities and riding in the fabulous Yorkshire Wolds.
Charity fund raising for St.Leonard’s Hospice has been a focus for Carole, riding the Kiplingcotes Derby in February 2024.
She also loves to entertain and cook, especially baking and spending time with her partner and dachshund and other fur and feather including two beach donkeys, who are winter residents!
