Tony Dale

About

Tony comes from an arable and livestock farming background based in the East Riding of Yorkshire. He attended Pocklington School before graduating from the Royal Agricultural College at Cirencester having studied Rural Estate Management. Tony is a qualified Chartered Surveyor, a RICS Registered Valuer and a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers.

Tony is involved in all aspects of rural agency and valuations with professional work including Compulsory Purchase/Development Consent Order Schemes, and related compensation negotiations, Renewable Energy negotiations and management, rent reviews, tenancy negotiations for both Landlords and Tenants and an ongoing involvement with all Rural Payment Schemes including the Basic Payment Scheme. Tony is also part of a team of four auctioneers at DDM Agriculture who offer many years experience in dealing with farm machinery dispersal sales.

Tony's interest outside of work include rugby (spectating), golfing when the weather permits and shooting over the winter, along with an occasional week's skiing!
